Hi there, friends of i58!
Family breakfast! We have so many breakfasts together, but this is one that we share together in our family groups. The leaders make this as special as possible for the students – we love to serve them and spoil them at times like these.
We prepared the menu to delight the taste buds! Croissant with ham and cheese, followed by muesli, yogurt, fresh fruit salad, with juice or coffee and sour dough toast with real butter and home made jams!
We then went inside and for all those who wanted to indulge more (!) we had the Woodsey special hot chocolate!!
We then reflected on the most amazing five months and shared our favourite moments and highlighted some of the things that God had taught us.
We then prayed for each other and then set off for the last lecture – Capernwray Blues – to prepare everyone for the grieving process that would eventually hit. Its not easy to say goodbye to people we have had such tight friendships with over the past five months. But change happens and we must prepare our hearts for the new challenges ahead that Christ has prepared in advance for us.
ENJOY YOUR DAY!
STEVE aka WOODSEY
